Apollo, being dismissed, hides into the hearts of those who continue to believe in him, hoping that one day his wisdom will once again be venerated by all. He fails to realize though that he is under the powers of Morpheus.

In short, you're saying "order" is an idea which stems from the mind. With or without it, life IS.
So, it's the cause of humans who like to encapsulate everything in ideas, in things which they can grasp, in an "order" or "art".
